Dr. Taiwo Ojo is the CEO of Kish Global Consultants with global presence in Lagos, London, New York, and Johannesburg. Their core business competencies lie in the areas of Leadership, Culture, Development, Futurism, Innovation, People, Research and Strategy. His entire career spanned over seventeen years with about seven years consulting experience cutting across the Financial, Information Technology, Non-Profit, Telecommunications and the Energy sectors having worked in GTBank, Globacom, Mobitel, and Chams Plc.
He studied Computer Science with a second class upper division from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria with an MBA from OAU Ile Ife, Nigeria, and earned his doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership from the School of Business & Leadership, Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States of America in August 2016. He is privileged to have attended several executive education programmes and global seminars in Leading Product Innovation (Harvard Business School), Ideas & Public Policy (LSE), Computing Laboratory (Oxford), Turning Strategy into Action (LBS), Global Leadership (Willow Creek Association) and Leadership Development (Daystar Leadership Academy).
In addition to his various publications in professional and academic journals, he has authored four books, some of which are: Motives for Leadership and Lead Global.
Taiwo is a leadership expert, research scholar, organizational health doctor and a strategic futurist with major hobbies in Reading, Traveling and Lawn Tennis. He is delighted to be an active member of professional bodies such as the International Leadership Association (ILA), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Ikoyi Club 1938. He is happily married to a Family Physician and Consultant; Orobola with three amazing boys; Kiisi, Kiiye and Kiitan.
